I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff took great care of us. The mountain view from the room was stunning, and the nights were peaceful and quiet. Although the location is slightly outside the town, taxis are affordable to reach the city center, making it a perfect stay.

I cannot praise the place enough! The bartender impressed us with his cocktails, and the staff made sure all guests felt warmly welcomed. The restaurant was exceptional, and the kids' playground had lovely staff.

The location was great, especially if you ask for a room on the upper floors for a fantastic city view. It may be a bit far from the center for some, but the value is awesome, especially with the proximity to the mountains.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the mountain, but they were a bit claustrophobic at times. The service was friendly and helpful, although being shouted at on multiple occasions was off-putting. The location was stunning with nighttime views over Sofia, but it was a bit far from the city center. The dining options were simple and limited, starting late on Sundays. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
